Local Business Professionals Meet for a Roundtable Discussion on Navigating Tariffs and Reshoring

Earlier this month, Milwaukee area industry leaders and professionals gathered for a high-impact breakfast roundtable focused on the challenges and opportunities tied to tariffs, reshoring, and broader economic shifts. Hosted by The Gateway to Milwaukee, in collaboration with several Milwaukee-area Business Improvement Districts and Warren Scurlock, Vice President at Chryspac, the event created space for candid conversation and strategic insight.

Key panelists Chris Baichoo, CEO and Executive Director at WMEP Manufacturing Solutions, and Jennifer Clement of CLA, explored how tariff pressures and international trade challenges are influencing operations and future planning. From navigating global uncertainty to exploring local resource solutions, the session sparked important questions and practical takeaways.

Thank you to all who attended and helped shape this timely conversation. Together, we’re building stronger connections and more resilient strategies for our regional business community.
