When is a plan not a plan? - Public Policy Forum blog
Rob Henken, President of Milwaukee's Public Policy Forum, recently posted a blog entry with his reflections on transportation planning in the Milwaukee area. Mr. Henken's opinions support The Gateway to Milwaukee's position that transportation efforts should be coordinated across political boundaries and interconnect the various modes of moving people and goods.
