WHAT TO EXPECT: GREAT COOKING ISN’T ABOUT RECIPES—IT’S ABOUT TECHNIQUES. IN OUR CLASSES YOU’LL WORK TOGETHER WITH OTHER STUDENTS IN A FUN, HANDS-ON ENVIRONMENT LED BY OUR PROFESSIONAL CHEF INSTRUCTORS.
CLASSES ARE 1 TO 1- 1/2 HOURS, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ABOVE

Skills Covered in Class Include: Slow Cooking; Using Cast Iron and Crock Pots; Selecting and Braising Beef, Chicken and Pork; Selecting Ground Meat; Getting familiar with Asian Ingredients; Working with Dark Leafy Greens; Using Spices and Herbs; Balancing Flavors.
During class students will sample all the dishes prepared by the chef.
