Having been a solid solution in the marketplace since 1981, the agency serves as a strong and instrumental local resource in working with clients and is committed to the challenge of helping them understand their benefits while providing access both in and out of state. Through continuous efforts, there is a focus to promote wellness programs and educate employers on the value of the programs and ensure that they understand the overall affect the programs have on insurance premiums and the delivery and cost of health care services.

In light of the recent enactment of the Patient and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) the agency has held an active voice and been extremely involved in communicating and responding to current and prospect customer inquiries. The Rauser Agency sees the need for reform and is committed to working with all parties to implement the new law. The agency realizes the importance of the changes ahead and is in a constant communication mode with clients and prospects to provide and respond in the most appropriate manner. A quarterly in house produced newsletter is distributed to over 1200 recipients 4 to 6 times annually and is utilized to condense and disseminate key information.

As part of the daily operations of the agency, a written “Client Service Agreement” serves as a key differentiator in the manner in which service and support is delivered to their customers. While providing coverage solutions to small to medium sized clients, the agency is able to provide an on line HR solution through Future Office. Future Office contains the industry’s largest and most up to date library of employee communications and compliance information. The agency staff is equally strong in providing employee benefits direction, human resources, and employment law and compensation administration to their clients. The agency has the ability to further assist clients by providing sophisticated claims analysis tools, payroll services and technology to streamline administrative process.
