Tom Rave
The Gateway To Milwaukee is the brand name for an area around General Mitchell International Airport plus for three organizations, the lead one of which is the Airport Gateway Business Association (AGBA). Tom Rave has been the Executive Director of AGBA since May, 2008 and was a director for the prior nine months. The other two organizations are Airport Gateway Business Improvement District #40 in Milwaukee and Milwaukee Gateway Aerotropolis Corporation, both of which are managed by AGBA.

Jim Tarantino
Jim Tarantino joined the Gateway to Milwaukee staff in the fall of 2010. He has experience in working with urban commercial development, small business development, transportation planning, and urban planning. Jim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Studies and Economics from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Urban Planning degree from UW-Milwaukee.

I expect Culver’s to grow as The Gateway develops. Hopefully we will see more retail establishments and restaurants in the area. It will be good to have the whole property northeast across Layton from Culver’s be developed. I really want to see GTM grow, have it help bring new businesses to the area, have the area look better through beautification and make sure that businesses take care of their properties.

Gregg Lindner is one of the founding directors of Airport Gateway Business Association (AGBA) and Airport Gateway Business Improvement District #40 (AGBID #40). He serves as the President for AGBA and the Chairman for AGBID #40as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the Milwaukee Gateway Aerotropolis Corporation (MGAC). Gregg is one of the proud owners of Lindner Logistics who comes to the organizations with over 30 years of providing outstanding Transportation, Warehouse and Logistic services. Gregg wanted to voice his opinion and believes in the objectives and goals of the organizations. In order to have a successful business you need to be involved in different organizations and your Business Community. Dr. Michael Lischak
Michael Lischak, a physician and active community member joined the Gateway in August 2009. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for AGBA. Michael comes to the organization with over thirty years as an Air Force officer and has lived in Wisconsin for the past 6 years.

Doug Seymour is the Director of Community Development for the City of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, where he leads the planning and economic development programs for the City. Now in his twenty-first year with Oak Creek, Doug has held similar positions in other high growth communities such as Germantown, Wisconsin and Cape Coral, Florida.

Scott Solverson
Mr. Solverson possesses a wide range of technical, managerial, and administrative experience. He is an Associate Vice President and Group Director responsible for managing Construction and Water Resources operations for HNTB in Wisconsin. HNTB is a consulting engineering firm, which provides engineering services to state and federal governmental, municipal and industrial clients across America. Mr. Solverson has 32 years of engineering and management experience. In addition to providing overall guidance and direction of business operations, Mr. Solverson serves as the senior technical advisor and principal-in-charge for many clients, ensuring that high quality services are provided in a timely manner.
Michael Sweeney
Mike has over ten years of personal training experience. Prior to opening Sweeney's Gym in May 2006, he owned a personal training studio and managed the Riverside Theater in Milwaukee. He is also a board member of the Airport Gateway Business Association (AGBA) and (AGBID.) Mike is the chair person for safety and security in the 13th district for the Gateway to Milwaukee. Mike also has written for publications such as Milwaukee Magazine, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and Q-life Magazine. Mike has been featured on Channel 4 news group and Small Business Times to add to his success.
